cats

Simba was helping us yesterday - we had the remains of a roll of lino we wanted to cut up to put in the floor of the now tidied cupboards.

this was taken with my mobile, and all i did was point it down the inside of the roll and cross my fingers as I pressed the button:

Ah, a feline assistant. Makes every job easier, for sure. Such critters are particularly helpful should you be trying to lay out sometime fragile such as fabric and a tissue pattern, or Christmas wrapping paper. Definitely makes the task a special joy.

So sorry about your recent losses. It is indeed a sad way to start the year.

As for the mud, I am hoping it will freeze here tonight so Tucker can have at least one day with access to the barn and immediate surroundings. Temps are supposed to drop today/tonight and go back up Friday. Frozen mud is much better than...well....MUD!

Very cute:)
They always want to play with what they arent meant to, same with children.My niece was at my mum's Boxing day and after opening all her presents from us she spent her time playing with a bit of cardboard and my mums scales from the kitchen!
