this morning, I was sitting peacefully at a queue of traffic waiting for lights to change so we could go, when bang! i was rear ended. well hacked off. and chap said "sorry my brakes have gone, i was on my way to the garage" - duh.
instant pain = given i already have cervical spondylosis! wasn't expecting a pain to kick in quite so quickly, but became aware of it whilst i was taking his details.

and raining on an off, and started raining as i got to the yard again, so molly did nothing save eat her tea and some hay...

Glad that you are (mainly) ok after the RTA. Silly bugger for running into you. If he has no brakes then he shouldn't be driving the car.
Get thee to a doctor and a good physio to see about the pain.
Brakes failed? So what was he doing on the road? If he HAD to drive, what was he doing behind another car?
Hope you are OK. Getting a snap like that to the neck is not a good thing.
Better get yourself checked out.

Get to the doc's plus it'l be an idea get it on record incase you have further problems.
On the plus side at least you can sue him for yourself! Seriously though, I hope you're OK.
