when i got there it was blowing, it was starting to rain and there were some huge clouds.
time i'd got mucked out (ran out of time this morning) bedded up, got her in and fed.... the wind was dying and the clouds had gone.

Of course it always stops raining after you decide not to ride and complete some activity that guarantees you CANNOT ride--such as feeding your horse. It is a law of nature. *G*
Keep thinking of Molly's right side thingie. Can you lead her outside of the ring from the right? Maybe if you start leading her from the off side and saddling her from the off side when not in the arena?? Feed her treats only when you are on the right? Do
neck exercises on the right? (Feed her a treat well behind the girth to get her to stretch her head and neck around to that side.)
I keep thinking any positive thing you can do outside the ring on that side might eventually transfer to the arena. (Gee, I know I get a treat if Mom is on that side of me.) Guess that's a bit clicker training stuff--don't know much about the ins and outs of clicker.
The other option is a good animal communicator if you haven't tried it yet. You could just ask her what the problem is and what to do about it.
