Perhaps you could walk her out in-hand for some gentle exercise?Dihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05077382147781767424noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21676589.post-37187335043348158032009-09-05T20:29:35.466+01:002009-09-05T20:29:35.466+01:00thanks folks.

It hurts and movement is restricted. So it could just be the normal progression of a soft tissue injury. Can you turn her out in a small paddock by herself and expect her to be calm? That way she can move if she choses but but not too much and not be threatened by other horses. And when you turn her out again can you put her with just one other horse who is kind to her? It's always a risk putting them in a field with many other horses.Mary Louhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09369843518823655377noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21676589.post-23720370398527086182009-09-05T20:18:53.151+01:002009-09-05T20:18:53.151+01:00Oh, dear. However, sometimes muscle injuries do take a turn for the worse on the way to healing.

Still, it sounds to me as if you need a more thorough evaluation just in case you need to take more precautions or give some extra treatment.

Seems as if keeping her in is a good idea for now.Jeanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10029423500476995817noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21676589.post-48135135703941382032009-09-05T20:17:11.699+01:002009-09-05T20:17:11.699+01:00well, i rather think
